Youth Summer Fitness


If you’re looking to keep your child involved in some sort of physical activity throughout the summer, then the TASC Fitness program is just for you. TASC Fitness is an activity program for all students (athletes or non-athletes) to stay energetic and involved with physical exercise throughout the summer, helping them live an active, healthy and disciplined lifestyle. We feel that Training, Agility, Strength and Conditioning (T.A.S.C.) are key essentials for all students to build self-confidence, a positive attitude, respect and responsibility. Our goal is to help each student develop life skills through exercise and fitness such as patience, social connection, resilience and work ethic. We hope to see you in training.
